Corrugated SCR Catalyst (Napotec DeNOx SCR Catalyst) is manufactured by coating highly active SCR catalytic materials onto an advanced high-temperature-resistant fiber substrate. It exhibits high efficiency, lightweight properties, stability, and excellent thermal shock resistance. The unique and controllable three-dimensional pore structure (TDP, Three Dimension Pores) creates abundant reaction channels and provides active sites for both "surface reactions" and "subsurface reactions," endowing the catalyst with superior SCR activity and NOx removal performance.

High Efficiency: The unique TDP pore structure increases the active surface area within the pores, promotes highly dispersed active components, ensures effective SCR reactions, and inhibits SO₂ oxidation.
Stability: Benefiting from a specialized formulation, it is available in low-temperature, medium-temperature, and high-temperature series to meet various operational requirements. It withstands heating and cooling rates exceeding 150 °C/min.
Lightweight: It has a lower density (~30% reduced bulk density), is lighter in weight, and requires less material usage (~10% savings).
